What they are:
Slow-growing, fatty lumps that sit between your skin and the underlying muscle layer. They feel doughy and usually move easily with a slight finger pressure.
Treatment:
We make a small incision and remove the fatty tissue intact.
Sebaceous & Epidermal Cysts
What they are:
Small bumps beneath the skin filled with a thick, cheese-like substance (keratin). They often appear on the face, neck, and trunk.
Treatment:
The entire cyst sac must be removed. If the sac is left behind, the cyst will likely regenerate.
Ganglion Cysts
What they are:
Fluid-filled lumps that most commonly develop along the tendons or joints of your wrists or hands.
